I’m a Strength & Conditioning Coach or basically, a personal trainer for athletes and athletic individuals. I bridge the gap between injury rehab and sports performance goals, guiding previously injured athletes back to performance shape, and I coach athletes to be stronger, faster, more powerful, and more agile while reducing injury risks.
I’m an educator and a student. It is my mission to provide my clients with high-quality, up-to-date, evidence-based health, fitness, and nutrition guidance. I do this by constantly reading books and research, listening to podcasts, and conversing with others in the industry so I can provide the best advice and training programs.
I practice what I preach, chasing fitness, healthy life balance, and continuous growth, in my own life, practicing the advice I give to others.
